just saw a page from battle royale, which i stopped cuz the translations stopped. anyhow, this guy got his reflexes fucked up, and he can't pull the trigger of his gun or something. so he cuts his bicep open, finds his muscle/tendon whatever that's connected to his forefinger and he pulls it out to tighten and stretch the remaining muscle, then uses insulation tape to fix the extra tendon bits in place

this shows how little i was playing wow before i started my priest.
i'm reallly enjoying playing a priest. i can go "PRIEST LFG" and not feel like an idiot, like when i thought about going "ROGUE LFG" and i can mentally feel the people around me looking at my pitiful cry and thinking, "cry more& reroll a priest".
mana is also a new, interesting concept. on my warlock, no mana just means no damage. oh well, the warrior and rogues are still around. on my priest, no mana means everyone is dead. speccing is also interesting, as i'm starting to realise that the priest talents aren't as good as i thought they were. the holy tree has fucked up final skills. picked human, which means i don't get fear ward, oh noes. but then i'm not playing a dwarf, so more power to the macarena-dancing babes.

i hope for all the three hundred and sixty microsoft fans that this gets to english-speaking shores.

finally remembered the vfv comic i downloaded ages ago. reading it now, up till.. um.. volume? chapter? oh, right, Issue #5. an alien term if i ever heard one.

anyway, i'm not liking the comic. primarily because everything is a metaphor. 80% of the narration - and there's a lot of it - is actually taking place somewhere else, while the actual scene is of something else. clever? the first time, yes, but it gets really annoying when it carries on for pages and pages, and in every ..issue. heck, i'm gonna say chapter from now on.

now, V's broken into the broadcasting place and is playing that video he made.
and, instead of the stirring speech he gave in the movie, he's now launched into five pages of absolute blither where he speaks to the viewers like their employees, and he's the boss, and how he appreciates their "outstanding service record" and "all the invaluable contributions that you've made to the company" (i.e, fire, the wheel, etc, and a picture of armstrong on the moon's in the background), and how he's upset with the "constant bickering on the factory floor" and he's "heard some disturbing rumours about your personal life" and how "you are no longer an asset to the company" and he's gonna fire you and BULLSHIT LIKE THAT OMG SHUT UP

so.. using the new com and worrying. glad i took the time to install office 2003 on this com a month back. downloading wow. downnloading bleach 225 raw. worrying. monday sending the com in to be checked.

completed ico. won't bother voicing my feelings about it, i wouldn't do it justice. there's a bigass plot analysis on ico at gamefaqs, well written and highly intelligent. written in 2003, but it still is careful enough in its analysis so much so that there are no clashes with shadow of the collosus.

went back, killed sephiroth with my lvl 54 char. i saved the first time i met him, and started a second save file. third, actually. i have a total of five, [spoilers] 1) before roxas dual weilding, 2) before thousand heartless fight 3) lvl 54 before sephiroth 4) lvl 65 before sephiroth, first time defeating him 5) current save file, defeated sephiroth, etc. not too heavy spoilers, actually.

so i can safely say that once the pattern is down, the fight is highly managable. there are two gamefaqs on how to defeat sephiroth, i find this one absolutely retarded, and this one quite good. needs refining, though, there are easier strategies that it doesnt mention.

unfortunately, i continued to delve deeper into the gamefaqs messageboards, and again i was forced to recoil in shock and nausea. the idiots should stick to their livejournals and find electronic self-gratification elsewhere.

ah yes, "clarification" refers to my previous blog entry, i didn't actually mention that i really did fall sick. lack of sleep and whatnot.

i wrote a paragraph on how much losing my com would affect me, but i deleted it all. it sounded dumb and childish. but it still means a lot to me.
it's not the hentai, i would gladly delete it all if could ensure the safety of all the stuff i've drawn, the layouts i've made, the lifetime of manga and anime i've hoarded, every bit of crap that i've kept for no reason other than nostalgia. like chatlogs from 2003.
